Skybox+ Handset Overrides Dvd

WONDER IF ANYONE CAN HELP

I HAVE JUST HAD SKY+ INSTALLED AND IT ALL SEEMS OK EXCEPT THAT WHEN I OPERATE THE SKY BOX CONTROLS THE DVD RECORDER WHICH IS LINKED TO THE SYSTEM SWITCHES ON AND STARTS TO RECORD

THE ONLY WAY TO STOP IT IS TO SWICH OFF THE DVD RECORDER

IS THERE A SIMPLE SOLUTION

Welcome to the forum.
Can I just point out to you as a new member a couple of things which will need changing in order for you to get more of a response to your query.
You have posted using ALL UPPERCASE LETTERS which is against forum rules and is seen as being discourteous so recompose in the correct format...also you have posted in the wrong forum...this forum is for all non-Sky queries...you need to repost in the Sky and Sky+ forum where your post will get more exposure and...I'm sure...more answers.
