They're now showing listed side by side in the EPG but only one at a time actually shows up. Anyone know what Sky are playing at on this one?

    I don't understand your question.

Before Monday they timeshared the same frequency - Sky Arts 2 HD during the day and Sky Arts 1 HD in the evening.

Now they are on their own frequencies and they are both on all day and night.

Sky Arts 1&2 are both excellent channels.

You may not apprecieate them, but many do and of course if they bring more subscribers to the fold then it's good for everybody.

Sky's raison d'etre has always been choice.

I was reading on a forum the other day someone moaning that there's hundreds of channels but they only watch a few.

Surely that's the whole point? One man's meat is another man's poison.
