is anyone else having problems with sky!

for a month i have been fobbed off by sky.

the problem is a message saying no recording available please call this number to upgrade!

now sky have told me this is a technical fault at there end and they are dealing with it!

but its still not repaired i have been on ther phone every day but its still not working and they keep saying its beind delt with!

please help me!!!

No-one else can help you, only you can help you. Phone Sky and tell them that if they don't supply the product you have paid them, you will take them to court for breach of contract.
