    My pace v2 started to delete things on it's own a few days ago called up sky an thay sent out someone to replace the box he came an pressed a few buttons and said oh nothing rong with it an left,Called sky to complane very helpful booked for thursday houre or so later had a phone call from sky to say that thay had booked an special care engine for sataday and it would be a manager that would call to replace my v2 with a brand new pace v3.thay are also replaceing the dish and the wireing for my sky+ and my normal sky box in the bedroom. Thay are also giveing me a free month. :clap: All i wanted was my v2 replacing. LOL

    My SKY+ V2 is still on the old software! is anybody elses on the same software or am i alone?

    Probably not. Since the Pace V2 is the most numerous Sky+ box out there, it could well be updated in stages. I've seen other V2 users report no update yet. You're not missing much.
