    just had sky+ fitted today anyone else having proplems with the weather cheers :mad: had to up my subcription cant bloody watch anything

    Lost signal for a while earlier for the first time as well...

    Probably lost signal but I'm not 100% sure because the power went out sometime between 9.15pm and midnight:)

    It was a top notch storm though, mind you after watching that doc on Five last week I have a whole new respect for lightning:)

    Don't forget that bad weather affects both downlink and uplink paths. Although the weather may not be bad where you are, a severe storm over the uplink site in SE London can make the signals bad.

    Yep, got the old blocks appearing and freezing screen.....I missed Gordon Ramsey swearingat some wimp :mad:

    i was out... but i did walk past a bar that had a lovely 50" plasma that said "no satellite signal being received"!
