Which video output would be best to feed to my plasma.

    Scart?

    Svideo?

Is there such thing as scart to composite video?

what is the didital expansion slot for on the back of the sky box?

    Comments please?

The scart socket on the sky+ is RGB. This will give better quality the the s-video.

Many people seem to favour the RGB scart to VGA method using a JS Tech convertor to feed a Plasma with a VGA input.
Barring that you can buy a RGB scart to component (not composite) cable.
Composite video is what you would feed a VHS, not the best connection for feeding any display if you have the option of RGB scart or s-video.

The digital expansion is more or less useless, plenty of rumours for what it could be used for but nothing has ever been officially released or announced.
