    I had a phone call from Sky last night . A woman was trying to flog me warranty on my box. She said if i didnt have warranty the charges are £60 call out fee plus parts and labour. If the box goes wrong can you cancel (not telling them theres anything wrong ) then a few weeks later subscribe again.

    As far as Iknow Sky Digi Boxes are warrenteed for one year...
    After that YOU have to pay for repairs.....

    I reckon the time will come when it will be cheaper to buy a new (Standared Digi Box) than have it repaired.

    They can be easier than you may think to repair yourself....
