I tried to book an engineer call for my sky + box today due to very low signal strength and horizontal flickering problems. Was told by technical helpline that my warranty ran out on the 26th Sept 2005. I checked my paper work which said it was installed on the 29th Sept 2004, so i rang them back! I was told that the original installation date of the 26th Sept 2004 was the valid warranty date. Sky cancelled the original installation due to the engineer calling in sick! I'm now waiting for a manager top call me back as i'm not a happy bunny!!!!! Anyone else had this problem with them?
