Today I had Sky + installed. Previously I had NTL digital. The tech used the coaxial cable from the NTL installation to connect the satellite dish. Will the use of this old cable have any effect on picture quality?

Although he should really have used new cable, providing the NTL co-ax is in good condition it won't make any difference at all.

    Welcome to the forums. :hiya:

The coax used by NTL's probably better than the cr*p Sky use. :D
