Have you turned on the power to the RF2 connection in the installation menus?

    Services - 4 - 0 - 1 - Select

The TVlink is working then and the SKY digital channel is being relayed to the second TV through RF2 it's just that the LED on the link isn't working?

I can't speak from experience since my TVlink doesn't have any lights on it but maybe the LED only illuminates/responds when you use a remote on the "magic eye".

have you got anything else "in-line" between your rf-2 and your ilink. basically the ilink people say that nothing should be in between. that includes sockets in the wall. the way round this is to change your sockets to "non-shielded" ones . It worked for me. also make sure nothing else like a booster box is in the line.
