Hello All
I am trying to tape some programmes for a friend to VHS tape from Sky+.
The copy section of this is fine but I am having trouble recording.
What happens is that when i play the recorded programe back all i get is a blue screen.
I have set the scart leads up as per the sky diagrame.
Do i have to tune the video in, if so to what channel
At the momment i have one scart from the tv to the sky box and one from the tv to the video.
Another scart from sky box to the video
I am sure I have made a stupid error somewhere but any help would be great.
Thanks in adavnce

Run a scart cable from the scart socket marked VCR (2nd one down) on the Sky+ box to the VCR. You will also need to specify a channel to record from on the VCR, and on most VCR's the scart inputs are "AV1, AV2".

Are there any issues doing this to a DVD/HDD recorder also? If so what format format will the DVD be recoreded in?

Many thanks

Well I have tried all the combinations I can think of with regards to recording to VCR.
I have turned the scart leads round incase they only worked one way and i still get a blue screen. Other than the sky diagrame in the manual is there any other that will show me the correct set up. Or is it easier to record to pc, i have a tv card set up on my pc?
