Im connecting my sky box to my LCD, on the box there is Scart and RS232. Which of these is the better connection? Also, what IS RS232!?!

    Many thanks!

RS232 is not for video connection. It is a serial interface for control purposes.
I don't know its exact purpose on a sky box, but typically it is used for firmware upgrades, loading of configuration data at the store, controlling the receiver in a managed environment, etc.

Make sure the Digibox is set to output RGB not PAL!
