Is this possible in any way?
yes, you need to use a PC capture card , and then some software to encode the video and audio (e.g. www.videolan.org)
You can choose different bandwidth levels and encode methods on videolan to suit your network, with regular b spec wifi then dont expect great quality, but with the higher g bandwidth you should get something pretty good...
as always the quality of the delivered video is dependent on the source, so if you want to do it 'properly' then prepare to invest in a decent capture stage.
