Sky+ timeout icon not working

Sky+ timeout icon not working? I set this to on via services and customise then timeout icon on. 2 days ago and it worked, now the red button stays on all the time and have to press back up to get rid. Is there another way of setting this to go away on sky+ box.

The red button that you get on sky sports and tv programmes with the win icon via the red button to enter mate.

Got you - I didn't know you could turn it off.

yeah you can mate services>cutomise>onscreen icon timeout on and then save changes. Problem is mine has stopped working and have to press back up to take it away.

Although this usually does work, channels can make it reappear with a signal to the box.
