Sky Std Digibox on it's way out ? ? ? ? HELP

Hi, i'm new so be gentle with me

I have a normal Sky Digibox and just recently I have been unable to get the Men and Motors. The picture breaks up all the time and the sound is distorted.
All the other channels I watch seem ok. I have updated to the latest firmware and I still have the problem.
When I checek the 'Signal Test' on the Digibox this is what I get:
Signal Strength is @ 50%
Signal Quality is @ 30%

Is this ok?
Or is there something I can do?

Yes, take your digibox to another dish and see if the channel works again. If it doesn't then you know the box needs replacing.
