Sky Sports and Movies have gone stand alone

Just reading an article on sky.com and found out that BskyB have made sports and movies stand alone:

Sky TV customers can take Sky Sports or Sky Movies without any Entertainment Packs.
Starting from £25 for Sky Movies and £26 for Sky Sports*
To order, call 0844 822 2035.

*This price will increase on 1 September 2010.

But if you look at the bundles then Movies is £2 cheaper than Sports.

I wonder how much sky will increase the price this year:(

Something they've always been adamant was a totally impossibility!
Now, is it worth saving £3 a month?:D

Considering the cost to SKY of movies compared to sports a £2 difference is a bit of a joke, the PL and FL footy contracts alone and before actual production costs are probably higher than the entire movie contracts from all studios.

I suspect the price increase will as always be in the ten bob to a quid region based on package/bundle.

And sports things - presumably - don't keep coming back all the time as films do!
That £2 difference always seemed odd.
