Hi, Have ordered Sky+ last Saturday but not on the special offer code. The person I spoke to at the Sky call centre couldn't give me a date because I need a 'special heights team' to access my dish which is really difficult to get to. He put me on hold and when he came back said someone from at Sky would call me in seven days to arrange the special heights team. Is this normal? It's over a week now and no one's phoned or left me a message. Before I phone them up I was wondering if anyone else here has gone through this procedure and how long is it really supposed to take them to sort a special heights team out!! Also what's the usual wait for Sky+ at the moment? Thanks, Simon.
