I have a Pace digibox linked into a Pioneer 812 receiver, and in most surround modes I hear slight “interference” behind voices on the speakers. Sounds a bit like a quiet, squwelchy echo.

I am confident it is not poor quality leads / receiver fault etc, and the receiver supplier says that it is probably “artefacts” carried by the SKY signal. Signal quality and strength varies between 50% - 60%, and I live in North Wales.

Any thoughts whether having the dish checked / realigned may remove the problem ?

My Pace BSKYB2200 was terrible for this. I could often hear a really "scratchy" echo from the rear speakers. I even replaced them because I thought they were faulty.

My newer Panasonic Digibox doesn't exhibit this fault.
