Hi, I am having an intermitant problem with my sony 760 sky digibox. For a few days now there are times when on some channels i get a message saying "no satelite signal received" or words to that effect, but it doesnt affect all channels, and then some time later all will be back to normal. When its going to happen, the picture freezes for a few moments, then the message pops up. Anyone had this problem before? Thanks

    Which channels?
Programming comes from a variety of satellites from two orbital slots, identifying a common link between the dodgy channels would help to isolate a problem.

I get the same. It's a poor connection from the sat in lead to the box. I'm going to have a look inside later to see exactly where the problem is.

Try channels 504 & 507. What do you get?

Problem is for non-subscription channels as well. Some would work some didn't. Some fiddling with the plug as it entered the sky box helped. Like, Sky one would work, but sky sports 1 wouldn't, while 2&3 would. Some movie channels worked, some didn't.

Just rewired my f-connector, and now it works perfectly.
