was wondering if that setup would work as im sure the e55 wouldnt have the needed hardware to the rgb in signal to a component output.so does anyone have this setup ?

does it just loop through the rgb or is there a little bit of trickiery involved in the process? must admit i didnt think it would work.i was thinking about going ALL component with my current list of equipment
    sony ns900
    xbox
    e55
    ps2
    sky+
would this be possible and would the best way be a component switcher going into a JStech vga to component box? i did a search before asking but couldnt see anything that matched.thansk for the info :smashin:

do you mean SKY>JS RGB-YUVbox>Component switcher to screen i would go SKY RGB>E55>component switch everything else component to AV switcher (amp) and then to Component input on screen

    i was thinking more

    ns900
    xbox
    ps2
    e55
sky+>e55 ALL into a component switcher (if there available) and have the switcher go thru a jstech vga to component box.

switcher is available http://www.av-sales.com/html/avt-5842mx_.html but i dont get where the VGA comes into it..
its ethier RGB scart to JS RGB>VGA(RGBHV signal) box
    OR
all component (via whatever) to component board (or in PW6 case to the VGA socket a 3 RCA>15 pin D-sub cable) this is a cable not a converter [think this what you meant]
