Sky + remotes

Hello all

Will a std sky remote control handset work with a remote magic eye connected to a sky+ rf2 output?

A standard sky remote will not control a + box directly or through a magic eye.

To use a genuine Sky remote (Revision 4 or later) on other Sky digiboxes (should also work with most magic eyes)

1 press the TV button
2 press and hold the Select and Yellow buttons until the red light on the remote flashes twice
3 press the 1 button (0=Standard, 1=Sky+ or Sky HD)
4 press the Select button (the red light should flash twice, if it doesn't, your remote cannot control a Sky+ Digibox)
5 press the Sky button

To reset remote for use with Sky repeat changing number used in step 3

Should work on all genuine Sky remotes but may not work on clones.
