Hi folks

Can you help ?? I have just had Sky+ installed and I cannot get the remote to control my TV (JVC).

I have followed the instructions as per the user guide (code 0053) but this does not work !!

Any ideas ??

Hi ed209! Welcome to the forums :hiya:

Try the "brand step and set" instructions on this site ;)

If that still doesn't do the trick, follow the "step and set" instructions.

Try these codes dont worry that they are not 4 digits long
681, 081, 122, 399, 221, 218, 220, 064 i am almost certain one of these will work.

Only thing is i have now lost the use of the blue buttons  tv guide, services, box office, etc. also the backup button tries to open text !!

Oh dear !! I seem to be having a bit of a mare !!

sorry to sound patronising if you already have done this or know this
but if you press the Sky button first then the remote should work all the sky features as normal (tv guide services etc) with only the volume working on your tv. If you press the TV button then it should work your tv the marked buttons may do a different function than labled .
to go back to a sky remote you just press the sky button again.

If this isnt the prblem let me know
Bob
