    As the title suggests...

I can record alright, but when I try to play back the material, it thinks about it for a breif moment then returns to the channel you where previously watching?

I have tried rebooting etc, also tried a user defined playback point and that doesn't work either.

Is this a call out or is there a simple fix??

    Cheers

Thanks for the reply, but the answer is no.
Most of the stuff is from CH4 or ITV, even stuff I record now, doesn't play back.

Anyone else got any clues before I go through that awful automated switch board of Sky?

I've had that in the past.

I managed to clear it up by going through all my recordings until something played (7 kicked me back to live TV before i got a playback). I watched that recording, deleted it and bingo, everything played back.
