Sky + recording wrong time

Hi All,

Quick Question...

My Sky + is recording the wrong time...

example: set to record film but when i went back to watch it i get half an hour before the film starts and half hour before it ends...


Is this fixable or is it a sky engineer job?

You can change that in the settings menu. If you set it to "Auto" it adds about 4 minutes to the start & end times.

Ive checked it all .... everything is on automatic!! but is says .. "preview time 30mins" in the settings menu!

But i cant change that!!!

Any Suggestions.....
