sky+ recording in 2 rooms ?

    can you have 2 sky+ boxes on multiroom ?

    and could you record on both boxes ?

    You can have a sky+ in main room and one in Multi room, there is only four connections on the lnb, so max of two sky+ overall

    Apparently they are bringign out a lnb with 8 connections

    Yes, and yes. They charge you £10 for the second card, which mirrors the channels subscribed on the main card. Both boxes must be permanently attached to the same phone line, to ensure they are both being used at the same address.

    I had sky+ installed approx 3 yrs ago and moved existing sky box to another room.... I recently bought another sky+ and installed it myself instead of normal sky box(mainly for 2 teenage kids to stop arguments over who's watching what, etc.)..... Both sky+ record and do everything as it should and I just pay an extra £10 month for the extra card....:smashin:
