Sky Q Records Wrong Programmes

My nightly dose of Buffy was spoilt last night because my Sky Q Box recorded Naked Attraction instead, called it Buffy and certainly contained people in the buff but not what I expected!
Is there a way I can reset the recordings and get it back on track please?
