Sky Q not the best start

Had Sky Q installed yesterday along with a mini and all seemed great. Apart from the touch remote needing a bit of getting used to!

However today is not going as well, first issue was turning on the TV with the mini this morning and all I'm getting is the MR104 error, settings show connected to Q box and network. I've tried rebooting just the mini, same thing. Tried rebooting both boxes, same thing..

I gave up for a bit and went out, came home to watch the F1 that I recorded on the Q box to find the recording freezing and pixelating about every 5 mins... aghh!! The freezing appears to be on the recording and not just during the playback as it occurs at the same places when rewinding.

Then you need to contact sky and tell them your problems...as the equipment is not yours(like before) then they should either replace it or send an installer back round to check everything....when sky Q works it's a flawless experience and that is what it should be.
