Hi hope someone can answer my question, at this moment have Sky HD and multi room.Just ordered Sky Q just received an email from Sky.
In the email this is quoted
Make sure you have the right phone socket
Please check that you have a BT compatible socket on your wall. If you don't have one, please call us as soon as possible on 03442410046 so we can arrange for an engineer to come and install one.
We have no Bt socket we do not use one now so do we need one for Sky Q.
