Sky q and home cinema.

When my sky q box connected to my Sony home cinema system through sat input,when I change input to game or DVD input,then go back to sat input there's no signal I have to reset sky q box,I've tried changing sky q input to the other inputs same problem,sky q box is connected to Sony receiver via HDMI cable then HDMI from receiver via arc connection to tv arc connection,sky's advice is HDMI from sky to tv optical cable to receiver,then my other inputs won't work through receiver,it used to work now only intermittent,sky's answer audio and video signal not compatible all the time with home cinema systems ,connection to tv only way to ensure signal all the time.

A known issue with the Netflix update. Only way is to turn off the sky box. Sky haven't recognised there is an issue
