i have recently had a sky+ box installed (the standard box supplied by sky). it worked fine for about a week, but now when i try to record a programme it is only part recording and showing the message "part rec: 44m, out of disk space" even if my sky+ planner is empty. my planner also shows that there is still 97% disk space available!!! please can anyone help? as this is becoming highly frustrating :lease:

Try doing a complete system reset. You need to go into the hidden menu . Go to services and press 4 0 1 then select. Then select full system reset. If that doesn't work contact sky.
