I have recently moved into a new flat, with a communial sky dish. After looking into connecting up to the dish I have been told that I can not have SKY Plus as this requires 2 LNB Inputs, and as when the flat was built only 1 was run in the walls and sue to planning permissions we are not allowed to run another one.

I have however heard that it is still possible to have SKY Plus and its features using 1 LNB cable and some sort of adapter/connector.

Does anyone else know about this, and where I can purchase one from.

    Any help is appreciated.

Perhaps you've heard some of the talk about Sky + having a single cable run to the box. Rather than use 2 leads they can use a 'dual' cable (2 in 1). It still has 2 feeds from 2 connections at the dish, just 1 'dual' lead. Unfortunatly gbmities' answere is short but right
