Sky Plus Disk Upgrade..

    I did! If you follow the various routes you get back to the Digital Spy forum. I followed all of this and put an 80gig drive in my Sky+ box, see my posting in the Tivo and other video recorders section.

    It was just TOO easy. I've had a few conversations with a mate about him upgrading his Tivo box and that just sounds too much like hard work.

    The two basic rules seem to be; 1) Make certain the disk will spin to full speed before Sky+ looks for it on a power-up. 2) 100 gig disks SEEM to give response problems so stick to 80gig maximum.

    When Sky eventually install my Sky+ i'll be doing the same...
