My Sky+ programme guide suddenly decided this morning to display only "No information available" on all channels, so I unplugged the box, waited and plugged it in again, as usual. The result was that the listing info is back - but something strange has happened to my Planner listings for series-link shows: where previously only the next single instance of each show was listed, now four or five episodes appear.

I don't suppose it will cause any practical problem, but it did slightly take me aback. Is it normal? Is it a software update? Or is it a fault?

    Interesting....

Why not delete all the planned recordings and these series link entries and then put them back in again?
I would do something, wouldn't trust so much "confusion" in the Planner :)

Thanks for that advice. I brought up the planner again and discovered that the multiple listings had increased to ten entries per programme - so I deleted the lot, put the titles back in again, selected series-link and was rewarded with the usual display.

But what on earth could have caused it in the first place?

I don't think even the programmers who wrote the damn software understand exactly how it integrates with the hardware and the external data constantly being fed in it:)
