Sky+ Planner Loss

I have a 3 week old Amstrad PVR3 box. On a number of occassions, I have been unable to access the SKy+ Planner, either to record or to view the recorded programmes. If I switch the box off at the socket and then on again, after the box has restarted the planner is then ok together with the correct progarammes viewed, recorded etc.

Has anyone else had this problem or is it unique to my box ?
