I've just tried to view TCM (Lethal Weapon 2) and been asked to enter a pin number. Thinking it a fault I've rang them.
Automatic answering:-
"Thank you for your call. Your call will be answered in less than <pause> 32 minutes!"
I now have a fat ear but was eventually told that there has been a software update and certificated channels now require a pin number to be entered once the age limit goes past the watershed time.
Now I've been a customer for over 5 years and have never used my pin number. I've changed it to 1111 so that I can remember it (I'm 51 years old for Christ's sake!)
No doubt my 16 year old son will now be able to access sky box office and adult channels but what the hell.
As you can probably tell I'm a bit miffed. Just going to put some ice on my ear.
