Sky Picture Problem - Cropped Edges

Active Member
Just purchased a Panasonic px70 and there is a noticebale difference in quality between the Freeview picture (via the TV's internal aerial) and the Sky picture when connected via a scart lead. :thumbsdow

The Sky picture is actually zoomed in for some odd reason so that the edges of the picture are cropped out. I had the same problem with the Phillips plasma before but never realised how bad the picture was till now when comparing it to the Freeview internal picture

Has anyone experienced this problem before? :lease:

Yes, you have your TV type set to 4:3 on the Sky box.

Go into the setup menu and make sure you have 16:9 selected. It's probably also worth checking that you have RGB enabled too as it's likely this hasn't been changed either.
