SKY+ Picture hold using QED Scart

I have just purchased a QED scart 2110 fully wired.

When I connect my Tv to the Sky+ box using this the picture rolls across the screen like an old TV with the horizontal hold on the blink.

My cheap and nasty Scart works fine.

I guess my question is does anyone know if there is a special setting for QED scarts?

I guess the QED scart could have some lose connections?

If it's fully wired, it shouldn't need any special settings. It's faulty.
