My phone and internet is with sky and its been down most of the day they have a automated msg saying it will be fixed in the next 4hours, that msg was started well over 5 hours ago.
I called them and spoke with a adviser who said it could be another 24hours before its repaired, i cant believe i got hot by the o2 2day saga and now this.
The adviser mentioned compo and said i had to call back when its all fixed then they could tell me what i can get.
is there any way i can get out of the contract as this is the 3rd time its happened this year.
