I hear that Sky have finally woken up to the desires of many parents and plan to improve the parental control feature :smashin: .

I think it will happen in two phases that will eventually allow us to remove channels from the EPG in order to prevent our children viewing sex channels etc  .

Does anyone know when this 'upgrade' will happen and if we are likely to know that it has been done? or is it just a case of checking the 'services' menu each day.

The upgrade is already underway, but it is being done in batches. To check if your box has been updated go to one of the radio channels. If the speaker icon is white your box has been updated.
