I have arranged to have Sky+ Multiroom installed on Friday. Sky told me that I should still be able to install magic-eye (infra red with remote from maplins) and to control/view the channels from another room. When I asked how this was done the guy said I should ask the engineer who installs it? I am installing it on that basis but wondered whether anyone has any experience of this?

The intention is to have Sky in one room and the ability to view separate channels in another room. I then want other rooms to have the magic eye installed and to be able to change the channel. Can I change the channel in the main room and also in the second room (multi room) or just one of the rooms from a third room.

    Plain as mud!!!
