Hello, I have a sky+HD box downstairs and I use a magic eye to get sky in my bedroom.
I recently switched from the 2TB HDD sky box back to a 500GB box as my hard drive broke. When I was using the 2TB box with I/O box sky would work perfectly in the bedroom. However since switching the box I get perfect picture but I cannot use the controller. The red light is on the magic eye and nothing has changed. I have also tried another magic eye and still the same red light but no control. If I take the eye downstairs and plug into the box the eye works. I have also tried both remotes.
Any advise?
