I have Sky Magic Eye installed and working on bedroom television - can I also have television tuned to receive digital channels when Sky is turned off?

All the "magic eye" does is send the remote control back from the extension location to the Sky machine.
The channel that's currently selected on the Sky machine is sent the other way down the same cable from the Sky machine's RF2 Out socket to the extension TV's Aerial In socket, and if you connect a terrestrial aerial to the Sky machine's Aerial In socket that signal too will go through the cable for the extension TV to receive the terrestrial digital - and analogue if you still have them - channels on its tuners.

Great, thanks. Ariel cable was plugged in to back of main tv - not Sky box. All working now! Cheers!

That's OK - it couldn't do anything to the TVs that it wasn't connected to - good to hear it can now though.;)
