Just a quick mention to any future Sky purchasers to beware of how any cables are installed. I originally had Sky (one cable installed by an independent Sky installer), progressed to Sky+ (Sky installer) and now have SkyHD. The original cable was ran through the loft and down behind the plasterboard to the face plate. The second cable was ran down a drainpipe in through the ventilation duct and under the floorboards. When Sky came to look at my problem they said it was the cable at fault. However, as the cables were not a standard install (ie in the loft or under the floor) they couldn't replace them. First time I've heard of this.
