Hi
I had sky installed yesterday. Had to wait a month because it was a special installation on the chimney and had to pay 50 for it. So at about 20:00 ITV2 began playing up with pixelation, stuttering and pausing. Then at about 2 in the morning the dish came crashing from the chimney onto the roof (and in the process ripping one of the cables from the walls)
Went up on the roof this morning and found the dish on its side on the roof, it seemed the "engineer" only hand tightened it! called up sky and they only offered an engineer by Friday. I am totally miffed about it.
So what should i do, should I accept their offer about Friday or can I cancel? Oh and when I told them about cancelling they told me there isn't a number for it??
