I seen the advert for this, what a CON i mean they say "watch sky news in another room while watching Sky Movies in another" so basically you subscribe to the Family pack for £20 odd quid or something and you subscribe to a basic pack for crap channels like Sky news, if anybody is considering it the obviously Freeview is the better option as you get 3 News services and Sky Sports News aswell.

SKY News is FTA on Dsat, you do not need a smartcard so any FTA digital STB will work including a digibox, all you need is an additional LNB feed from the existing dish.

Now if this advert was offering a digibox and twin LNB (installed) to exisiting SKY subscribers for X amount then it's a genuine offer but as usual worded in a way to make it sound better than it is:)

Worth remembering that a sizeable porton of the country can not get DTT so this approach is the only option to add further non-subscription channels to the usual 5 on terrestrial.
