Had first HD box few months ago, video drops out for a second or two but maintains audio. Never happened with Sky plus that we had for years. So engineer comes out changes box (really nice bloke). Two weeks later same thing happens so I change HD cable, swap TV flat screens to make sure it's not my equipment and yep same thing. Engineers left about 3 hours ago after replacing absolutely everything, new box, new cabling, new dish, new HD cable, you know what's coming!! Is there a known problem with Philips and Sky HD. Both sets I used during the swap are identical!! Model - Philips 32PFL. Sky HD with s/w update 25 November 09.
