SKY HD - DVI or HDMI?

My TV is going to be positioned 3m away from my Sky HD box when it gets installed.
So before my installation date I'm going to have to purchase a 3m lead (as I understand I'll only get a 1m lead with the box).
Could someone please confirm whether it is a HDMI or DVI connection on the back of the Sky HD box.
