sky HD box problems!

Hi all.

My sky hd box has suddenly been affected with niggles today. When i tried to rewind live tv, after a few secs the picture froze in rewind mode. the stop button did not do anything and even when i tried to swith off the box nothing happend, still had the frozen pic. I turned off from the mains, waited a min or so and booted back up. I then realised my whole planner was empty :mad: when i then tried to rewind live tv again the same thing happened, everything froze!! ive only had it for about 6 weeks. should i contact sky for a replacement?

I'm not at home at the moment but cant confirm.....
BUT.... I believe you press SERVICES then press 4 0 1 SELECT. In there, if my memory is correct, there is a Sky+ maintenance option and in there you will find a planner reset.

It will cancel any recordings currently taking place, but it will not delete all your existing recording.
