SKY Go working but Sky cancelled. Why?

My services were switched off at the end of May, yet Sky Go still works, allowing me to view & download Cinema and box sets and live TV etc.

The Sky Q box doesn't.

Have they not yet issued a "kill signal" perhaps?

haven't they asked you to return the box yet? as Sky Q boxes are only loaned to you whilst in contract, and be returned when no longer a customer.

They have. 60 days to return. Been holding out for a winback offer but nothing that floats my boat so far. Perhaps they issue the kill signal on receipt of the box.

Have they offered any winback offers good over the last 60 days?

What offered me so far (just within 31 days notice period at moment) is sky signature, Netflix, HD+4K, sky cinema for £35 @ 18 months (can go up in April.) want either that for £30 or multi-room at £35-37
