You know with Sky eye can you only have it at certain length for the remote to respond?

You need to give more info if you want an answer.:lesson:

Are you talking about the cable distance from the Sky digibox to the tvlink?
    or
The distance between the Sky remote and the tvlink eye?

Yes, i had quite a bit of cable in the loft on the run to my 2nd tv and it would not work. I shortened the cable in the loft and it worked no problem.

I have a cable going up from the SKY+ box in the lounge into the loft to a four way amplifier ( non powered) 4 cables run from that down to three bedrooms and one goes back down to kitchen, I never had problem with that distance except for the first few connectors I put were badly done but after that Ive had no problems.
